look what daddy made

hubby is a radiographer by trade, doesn't have a work bench or sizable collection of tools ... yet, he built this masterpeice over the weekend ...

a multi-purpose play table for our toy room ... the boys (and i) love it ...

as to materials he used,

• some wood he had left over from shelving he's been making for the garage
• a cover sheet from the brother in law (he's a cabinet maker) for the top
• a few screws to hold it together
• some sealer 
• some paint (a sample pot from when we painted the house) 
• and we covered the top with some plastic from spotlight (which we can replace when it wears out)

i think he's a genius ...
