v is for vegetables .. here are the ones that went into last nights beef noodle dinner ...


... it was another new recipe ... and definately one that will be making an appearance in future meal plans ;)

    it's 'rice noodles with beef, black beans and capsicums' the mushroom wasn't actually in the recipe but i tend to throw it in my noodle dishes anyways ;)
